Commercial Janitorial Services

• Mop all hard surface floors with CLEAN WATER and CLEAN MOPS.
• Clean baseboards, thresholds, and kickplates.
• Clean inside and outside of entry glass doors.
• Spot clean light switches, door handles, and areas most likely to be touched.
• Dust desks and all horizontal surfaces.
• Wipe areas on desks where there are no items.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Spot clean carpets with spray and blotting process.
• Complete high dusting, including high corners and vents.
• Remove all trash and replace soiled liners.
• Complete detailed cleaning of restrooms and break rooms.
• Outdoor areas included if requested.
• Cleaning stairs and elevators.
• Dust blinds.
• All cleaning detailed in the Customized Janitorial Maintenance Manual
• Alarming of all security systems and locking of facilities.
• Management notified of issues in the facility.

Day Porter

• Includes all Janitorial Services listed above.
• Services performed on the schedule requested by each client.

Strip and Re-Finish Vinyl Floors

• Depending on the client’s needs and budget, we can completely strip off any old finishes (wax) and apply up to 4 coats of new high quality, high solids, finish.
• If appearance is dull but a high-quality finish was applied, then HRM can Burnish (buff) the flooring to harden the finish and maximize the shine and appearance. This is least expensive and can be done without closing off the area.
• HRM can also aggressively machine scrub flooring and re-apply multiple coats of a high-quality, high solids finish.

Tile Floors

• Pre-treatment (particularly of grout), machine scrubbing of tile and grout.
• Extraction using truck mounted equipment.  Utilizing high heat, high pressure solution insertion, and high-volume vacuum extraction
• Re-sealing of grout with high quality grout sealers.

Carpet Cleaning

• Pre-treatment of traffic areas, heavily soiled areas, and spots,
• Machine scrubbing with carpet brush for areas pre-treated.
• Carpet Cleaned using truck mounted equipment utilizing high heat – high pressure solution and extracted using high-volume vacuum.

Window Cleaning

• Exterior window cleaning up to three stories utilizing de-ionized water system and extension window pole/brush. The system gets the sills and edges clean.
• Interior window cleaning.
• Window screen cleaning.
